An array of adorable products designed by a talented artist will be available at "Day & (K)night", a pop-up store set to open at The Gallery Shop at River City Bangkok, from Friday to Sept 30.
The pop-up store, held to bring a delightful experience, will transport visitors to a charming realm of Western and Eastern deities portrayed on blankets, pillows, candles, postcards, prints and stools by Mantana Lertkornkitja aka Huuyaow. Also present will be limited-edition exclusive sculptures the artist created in collaboration with Poriin, an art toy designer.
This enchanting collection invites everyone into a realm where the gods of light and darkness converge, embodied through the character "Huuyaow" -- a reflection of Mantana's own spirit as the creator. It symbolises the essence of embarking on every journey with unwavering trust and faith in oneself.
For the artist, the rabbit doll-lookalike Huuyaow is an imaginary friend who inspires curiosity and bold action. It represents her stories and feelings amidst the adult world's solitude and quiet and has become a symbol of courage, youthful dreams, and self-discovery.
For this collection, the cute character serve as a gentle reminder that no matter what the outside world may offer, the greatest power resides within us.
