ICONSIAM, a renowned landmark on the Chao Phraya River, is celebrating its 5th anniversary with the remarkable "ICONSIAM UNRIVALED WORLD OF BANGKOK ILLUMINATION 2023" event. From today until January 5, 2024, visitors can experience this spectacular celebration at River Park, G Floor, ICONSIAM. This event underscores ICONSIAM's repu-tation as an international attraction, drawing visitors globally to enjoy its festive magnificence.
This year's highlight is a stunning 20-metre Christmas tree, beautifully positioned along the riverfront. The tree is decorated with intricate light patterns, blending traditional Thai designs and festive motifs. The multi-coloured solar-powered lights not only add to its beauty but also reinforce ICONSIAM's commitment to sustainability and its prominent status along the Chao Phraya River.
The "ICONSIAM UNRIVALED WORLD OF BANGKOK ILLUMINA-TION 2023" is a key part of the Vijit Chao Phraya 2023 project, which aims to create a captivating light display along the river in December 2023. This initiative, spearheaded by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) in collaboration with various partners, celebrates the cultural diversity of the Chao Phraya River and features iconic landmarks like Wat Arun.
