The Royal Bangkok Symphony Music School is holding the "Prize Winner Harp Showcase", at Piano Museum, Witthayu Road, this Sunday at 3pm.

The afternoon show is held in celebration of the outstanding achievements of young Thai harpists who recently shined at the RH International Prestige Award in Singapore.

Three of the 10 talented students received the prestigious Best Performance Award in their respective categories, competing against top musicians from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and China. These young musicians also had the honour of performing at the historic Victoria Hall in Singapore.

Presented by the Harp Studio of Ema Mitarai and Dharavadee Kanothai, the enchanting harp showcase will feature performances by the award-winning students.

The beautiful sound of harps will resonate alongside the charm of antique pianos. The museum is home to an exquisite collection of nearly 100 antique pianos including rare harpsichords, square pianos, pianofortes, grand pianos, and vintage uprights.

Prior to the performance, there will be a guided museum tour curated by Chanyapong Thongsawang, at 2pm, offering guests a unique opportunity to explore these timeless instruments.

Tickets for the delightful afternoon of history and music cost 200 baht (100 baht for students).
