TOP25Restaurants.com, the world’s first organisation to use artificial intelligence (AI) to curate and recognise the finest dining establishments across the globe, unveiled the list of top 25 restaurants in Phuket for 2024 yesterday.
Hom at the Intercontinental Phuket Resort took the island’s top position for the second year in a row. Hom is helmed by chef Ricardo Nunes, who creates fermentation-inspired cuisine with ingredients sourced from around the island.
Jampa, a farm-to-fork concept where dishes change daily, at Trisara Phuket was second with L'Arôme by the Sea, the only French fine dining restaurant on the island, followed came third. The Smokaccia Laboratory, where molecular gastronomy meets fine dining, came fourth while Pru, also in Trisara Phuket, came fifth.
For the first time, the TOP25 Restaurants Special Awards were given out.
