Thailand's 20 Best Bar Awards were announced last night in a ceremony at the Rosewood Hotel Bangkok. The second edition of the awards begins the three-day Bangkok Bar Show, in its fourth edition, which will be held at The Royal Bangkok Sports Club.
Dry Wave Cocktail Studio was crowned Thailand's best bar and was also a new entrant to the list. The bar led by Supawit “Palm” Muttarattana, a familiar name in the Thai Cocktail industry, also took the Best Bartender Of The Year award.
Dry Wave Cocktail Studio also took home Bar Team Of The Year and the Emerging Bartender Of The Year award was won by their senior bartender Tanat “Kem” Suttirak.
G.O.D./Genius On Drugs scooped the Menu Design Of The Year award and New Bar Of The Year award.

The Best Bar In Chiang Mai went to Bar.San, while Best Bar In Phuket/Samui went to Garnish Samui. Best Hotel Bar Of The Year went to BKK Social Club in the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, while Restaurant Bar Of The Year was awarded to F*nkytown Bangkok.
