The BISP campus is conveniently situated in the heart of the tropical island of Phuket. This means that no matter where you reside on the island, the school is easily accessible. Families relocating to Phuket can also relish the sunny weather and clean air.
Campus
BISP boasts a 44-acre campus equipped with everything a student could require, including 2 Design Technology Labs and Workshops, 5 fully equipped Science Labs, 2 Art Studios, and an auditorium. Facilities encompass a golf short course training centre, 50 and 25-meter pools, 6 tennis courts, a fully equipped fitness centre and sports hall, 3 full-size football pitches or 14 7-a-side pitches, 1 covered Astro-turf pitch, 8 volleyball courts, 3 basketball courts, and a flying trapeze. Recently refurbished boarding facilities on campus ensure that our students and athletes can reside comfortably right at school.
Academies
BISP employs professionally trained and certified coaches to oversee our sports academies, including Football, Golf, Tennis, Swimming, and Aerial Arts. Our methodologies and training programs adhere to the highest standards and follow internationally recognised programs, such as GPTCA (Tennis) and Cruzeiro (Football). Our academies also participate in numerous national and international competitions, representing not only BISP but, in some cases, their home countries as well.
Extracurriculars
Extracurricular activities are an integral part of the BISP experience. Students enjoy a wide range of activities, many of which are led by professional expert coaches on our extensive and well-equipped campus. Regardless of a student's interests, our extracurricular activities program is sure to ignite their passions.
Academics
Our curriculum is comprehensive and designed to cultivate intense interest and excitement for learning, both inside and outside the classroom. We encourage students to nurture their love for learning by fostering curiosity, imagination, and a deep exploration of new concepts and ideas. All students work toward graduation with the BISP High School Curriculum, accredited by CIS, NEASC, and the Thailand Ministry of Education. In Years 10 and 11, students complete the IGCSE program, while in Years 12 and 13, BISP students pursue the International Baccalaureate Curriculum Programme (IBDP). Students can opt for the Full IB Curriculum or select individual IBDP courses or BTEC courses. Our successful IBDP students achieved an average of 34 points, surpassing the global average points score of 30.24. This year, the BISP average grade was 5.35 compared to the global average grade of 4.84.
