Plus Property Targets Luxury Growth, Aims for THB 2 Billion 

Expanding in the luxury segment, smart technology, and sustainability, Plus Property sets an ambitious THB 2 billion revenue goal for 2025. 

Plus Property Company Limited has announced its 2025 business direction, aiming for THB 2 billion in revenue by expanding its footprint in the luxury real estate segment while leveraging smart technology and sustainability initiatives. 

Ms. Suwannee Mahanarongchai, Managing Director of Plus Property, revealed that the company achieved over THB 1.8 billion in revenue in 2024, maintaining strong growth despite economic challenges. The luxury housing market remained resilient, supported by high-net-worth buyers, while prime locations in Phuket, Khon Kaen, and Pattaya continued to thrive due to strong tourism demand. 

Currently managing 442 projects across 20.2 million square metres, Plus Property has seen sustained demand for its property management services. The company's high service standards are reflected in its 90.7% customer satisfaction score and ISO certifications, making it the only firm in Thailand to apply ISO 9001, 41001, and 14001 standards across its managed properties.

Strategic Expansion in 2025 

With an ambitious revenue target, Plus Property is focusing on five core strategies: 

  1. Luxury Market Leadership Plus Property is launching Thailand’s first Luxury Management Academy to train personnel in high-end property services, collaborating with institutions such as Nai Lert Butler Academy, The British Butler Institute, and Mandarin Oriental. The company will also enhance privacy, security, and community engagement for luxury homeowners. 
  1. Smart Technology Growth with LIV-24 The company’s security and efficiency division, LIV-24, is set to become Thailand’s leading smart technology provider. The expansion includes AI-powered industrial solutions for fire safety, energy efficiency, and fleet management. A key highlight is the introduction of a Visitor Management System (VMS) with License Plate Recognition (LPR) and digital parking fee payments via LINE, reducing costs by 40%. 

  1. Expansion of Plus Concierge in Phuket Responding to growing demand in Phuket, Plus Concierge will offer premium lifestyle services, including maid and gardening services, home maintenance, travel arrangements, and bill payments. These services will be easily accessible via the Home Service app. 

  1. Growth of Touch Property’s Inspection and Consultancy Services Touch Property, a subsidiary specialising in building inspection and engineering consultancy, will expand to support high-rise and mixed-use developments. The focus includes electrical, HVAC, elevator, and energy management solutions to extend building lifespans and enhance safety.

  1. Sustainability and Green Initiatives Plus Property will strengthen its Green Procurement practices and eco-friendly innovations. Ongoing projects include Waste to Worth for recycling, Backyard organic gardens, beach clean-ups, and upcycling plastic straws into pillows for bedridden patients.
