The rising global interest in longevity and health technology took centre stage at the StayGold Meetup, a seminar aimed at fostering knowledge exchange and preparing Thais for the future of wellness. Organised by Bitkub Capital Group Holdings Co., Ltd., the event, themed "The Longevity Revolution 2025", brought together leading experts and influencers to discuss strategies for achieving a longer, healthier life.
The event sought to create a platform for discussing longevity—a concept that has gained significant traction in recent years—as well as highlighting innovations in health and wellness.
The inaugural StayGold Meetup took place on 28 February 2025 at True Digital Park, Bangkok, and featured prominent health influencers sharing insights into effective healthcare approaches. The panel included:
- Jirayut (Topp) Srupsrisopa, Founder and CEO of Bitkub Capital Group Holdings Co., Ltd.
- Dr Frung Narikun Ketprapakorn, Physician, KOL, and Business Owner
- Dr Toppy Nunthapol Pongrattanaman, Physician and Owner of Doctor Top Channel
- Maxine Inthipon Tamsukhin, Owner of Maxdicine Channel
The event also showcased health innovations, offering attendees access to preliminary health checks using muscle mass and body composition measurement devices. Experts from TRIA Health and Beauty Institute provided guidance, alongside pulse diagnosis and traditional Chinese medicine consultations from Prachya Wellness Polyclinic.

From Work-Life Imbalance to a 5-Million-Baht Investment in Health
Bitkub CEO Topp Jirayut shared his personal motivation for launching the StayGold Meetup, emphasising that longevity is not just about living longer, but about sustaining good health, happiness, and a high quality of life. He stressed that health span—the period of life spent in good health—is more crucial than lifespan alone.
His interest in longevity stemmed from personal experience. Throughout his career, Topp Jirayut admitted that he did not believe in work-life balance. However, after experiencing serious health concerns, he took proactive steps toward self-care, investing over 5 million baht in his health. Inspired by Bryan Johnson, the tech entrepreneur who spends over USD 2 million annually on anti-ageing research, Topp embraced health tech innovations, including:
- Hair health treatments
- Thermage FLX (needle-free facial tightening technology)
- Aura Ring (a smart ring tracking sleep quality)
- Whoop (a fitness and recovery tracking watch)
- Egg Sleep (a temperature-adjusting smart bed)
This transformative journey led him to delve deeper into the health tech industry, merging technology with comprehensive self-care strategies.

The Six Power Laws of Longevity
A highlight of the event was the panel discussion "Forever Forward: The Longevity Revolution 2025," where health experts shared practical strategies for longevity. Drawing from his experience, Topp Jirayut introduced his Six Power Laws:
- Rest – Quality sleep as the foundation of good health
- Nutrition – Balanced, personalised nutrition
- Exercise – Regular physical activity for longevity
- Hydration – Maintaining optimal metabolism through proper hydration
- Social Connections – Building meaningful relationships for mental and emotional well-being
- Environment – Understanding external factors that impact long-term health
The discussion also explored the role of AI and quantum computing in healthcare advancements, with experts predicting that individuals under 40 today could live to 120 years if they adopt effective health practices.
Expert Insights on Longevity
Dr Frung Narikun emphasised the importance of integrating medical knowledge with daily lifestyle choices, advocating small, practical changes rather than extreme measures. She also cautioned against the misconception that "natural" always equals better, highlighting the need for balance and scientific validation in health decisions.
Maxine from Maxdicine introduced the concept "You aren't what you eat, but what you digest," encouraging attendees to adopt mindful habits, such as planning their day before checking their phones—a small yet impactful step towards healthier living.
Dr Toppy of Doctor Top Page championed the principle: "The best medicine is the one you don’t have to take." He stressed the importance of tailoring health choices to individual lifestyles and reminded the audience:
“The best time to start taking care of your health was 20 years ago. The second-best time is now.”

Beyond a Seminar: The Birth of a Longevity-Focused Community
The StayGold Meetup was not just a one-time event but the beginning of a movement—a health-conscious community integrating longevity principles, technology, and digital lifestyles. TRIA Health and Beauty Institute and Prachya Wellness Polyclinic played a crucial role in providing attendees with technology-driven health experiences.
The longevity revolution is about more than just extending life; it is about ensuring vitality and well-being throughout the years. Maintaining physical and mental balance is key to a fulfilling and happy life.
