A new milestone in Thailand’s digital asset ecosystem has been reached with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Board granting approval for Bitkub Portal to operate as an ICO Portal provider. This development strengthens the country’s financial technology landscape, offering new fundraising avenues for entrepreneurs while providing investors with secure and regulated digital asset investment opportunities. A subsidiary of Bitkub Capital Group Holdings Co., Ltd., Bitkub Portal officially commenced operations on 11 March 2025, providing a seamless and compliant platform for digital token offerings.

It paves the way for entrepreneurs to raise capital through digital token offerings while enabling investors to engage in regulated and structured digital asset investments.
