- 2025 tactics call for expanding the industrial sector client base, using Industrial Tech solutions to promote safety, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement for businesses. New businesses are also being pursued, with the company setting an income target of 280 million baht for 2025 – a 140% expansion.

Niramon Direkmahamongkol, managing director of LIV-24 Co., Ltd., revealed that LIV-24 is expanding strongly as it reaches its 6th year of providing smart technology solutions which have been continually developed. The business has been growing in line with entrepreneurs’ demand for the application of new technologies and innovations, aimed at enabling their businesses to keep abreast with rapid changes and challenging competition in the present day. Said demand had resulted in LIV-24 growing exponentially each year. Our income over the past year originated primarily from residential projects such as homes and condominiums, and industrial clients such as factories and warehouses. Among the clients that have placed their trust in LIV-24 include BG Container Glass Co., Ltd. (BGC), Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services (BAFS), Krungthai Bank, Toyota Khon Kaen, Asset Five Group Plc., Pre-Built Plc., and Sammakorn Plc.

AI CCTV Analytics, an anomalies-reporting smart system, was the solution receiving the best response over the past year. The system integrates AI technology with human expertise, with on-site anomalies detected by the system immediately reported to the Command Centre in real time. Experts are stationed to provide monitoring at the centre 24 hours a day, resulting in a model that prevents incidents before they occur. So far, we have been able to intervene to prevent incidents within 5 minutes on average and there have been zero cases of fatalities or major asset losses, true to LIV-24’s concept of ‘have us, have no dangers’.
The next best-received solution, Visitor Management System (VMS), makes access control easier and safer by utilising an LPR (License Plate Recognition) system to inspect and memorise license plates. This synergises with a pre-entry advance registration system to enable traffic to be effectively managed. Parking fee payments are made through the LINE application – the first of its kind in Thailand – allowing a wide accessibility coverage on users and reducing systemic costs by 40%.
LIV-24’s Key Strategies for 2025
Miss Niramol revealed three key tactics which will allow LIV-24 to overcome limitations and achieve 2025 targets:
1. Expand services to the industrial sector. This comes in light of cooperation with the Ministry of Industry, the IEAT, and the Federation of Thai Industries over the past year, bringing Industrial Tech into use for the first time in Thailand. This year, we will expand our industrial clients base and proceed with developing smart solutions that specifically respond to industrial sector demands. Examples include a fire prevention system, smart cameras, a machinery management system, a system for transportation affairs, and energy and wastewater management. These features help improve efficiency, reduce time wasted due to losses, increase safety, cut down energy costs, and reduce carbon emissions. Overall costs could be reduced by as much as 20%, contributing to sustainable future growth.
2. Reinforce the robustness of services via premium-level Smart Tech solutions. This is implemented under the “LIV-24 Nexus” brand that makes use of high-quality hardware and software standards which have been certified. Said solutions respond to demand from clients at luxury residences and premium office buildings, which continues to grow within the present-day real estate market.
3. Takes aim at expanding into new businesses, such as Smart Parking System, which has been developed to service car park owners and landowners who are looking to utilise their space for a car park business.
