Bitkub wins top leadership and workplace awards

Digital asset firm recognised for innovation and employee appeal

Bitkub Capital Group Holdings Co., Ltd., a leading Thai company in digital assets and blockchain technology, has marked a successful close to the first quarter of 2025 with two major accolades that further underscore its industry leadership and reputation as an employer of choice.

On March 21, the company announced that it had received the “Leader of Business” award from the Future Trends Awards 2025 and was also named one of the “Top 55 Most Attractive Companies to Work for in 2025” by QMAC, reinforcing its dual strengths in visionary leadership and talent cultivation.

Mr. Topp Jirayut Srupsrisopa, Founder and Group CEO of Bitkub Capital Group Holdings Co., Ltd., received the Leader of Business title for the second consecutive year, a recognition of his role in steering innovation and shaping the future of Thailand’s digital economy. The award is presented to individuals who are seen as agents of change, setting new trends and inspiring industry transformation.

Expressing his appreciation, Mr. Topp Jirayut Srupsrisopa emphasised Bitkub’s commitment to nurturing a workplace culture that resonates with the new generation, driven by empathy, flexibility, and modern work standards. He noted that this marks the third consecutive year the company has appeared on QMAC’s list of the most attractive employers, reflecting the strength of its management vision and employee-first philosophy.

The QMAC (QGEN Thailand Most Attractive Companies 2025) rankings, compiled by QGEN Consultant, are based on extensive surveys of Thai employees aged 20 to 40, conducted at the end of 2024. Bitkub’s consistent presence on this list highlights its sustained popularity among young professionals and its strategic focus on creating a workplace aligned with evolving workforce expectations.

In addition to these recent honours, Bitkub Group was recognised earlier in January 2025 as one of the “Top 50 Companies Young Professionals Want to Work for in 2025” by WorkVenture—marking the fourth consecutive year it has earned that title. The combination of these awards not only strengthens Bitkub’s position as a digital innovation leader but also as one of Thailand’s most aspirational places to work.
