• "Le Du Kaan" led by chef Ton

Bangkok’s first rooftop Thai restaurant, where modern Thai cuisine meets theatrical storytelling. The restaurant celebrates the freshest local produce, sourced from Thai farmers and fishermen, fostering a deep connection to Thailand's rich landscape and culture. Le Du Kaan  features diverse dining zones, including a casual restaurant area, a chic indoor bar lounge and expansive outdoor terrace.

“Le Du Kaan Is about 280 seats, with more than half of them being on the terrace for the incredible views. We did not want to replicate Le Du in name or in the menu, so this represents the brand the most. We are using the same ingredients and suppliers as Le Du. The head chef will be Chatchawan “Bank” Varahajeerakul, who has been my head chef at Samut in Phuket since it opened. The menu is a la carte with about 40-50 dishes. These are further divided into snacks, appetisers, mains and desserts. Since its casual Thai, we do not want to be overly expensive and our dishes start from around B290++. The DNA of Le Du will remain in all of the dishes,” chef Ton told Guru By Bangkok Post.

• "K By Vicky Cheng" is the first overseas venture by Hong-Kong-based chef Vicky Cheng, who is known for his innovative approach to Chinese cuisine, blending traditional flavors with French cooking techniques. At K By Vicky Cheng, dining transcends the ordinary with a unique culinary concept guided by the ancient wisdom of the 24 solar terms and a blend of seasonal variations, making it a destination where tradition meets contemporary sophistication.
